Jasper National Park is a Dark Sky Preserve there are 201 certified dark sky places in the world.
Canada Parks has 13 of them more than any other country and Jasper National Park is the 2nd largest in the world.
Here at Lac Pyramid this is the number 1 place to Stargaze and maybe view the Northern Lights.
The skies are currently cloudy because of the snow so I’m going to kick back with some Hot Butter Rum and a nice Duck dinner.
Then I’m going to hope that it gets dark so I can go wishing on a star.
