Today I soared to the top of the summit of Sulpher Mountain and took in the view of Six stunning mountain ranges in the Bow Valley and the town of Banff from above.
Today was a National Holiday known as Family Day in Canada many of the families were here to enjoy the day.
After all that fresh air I enjoyed a cup of milk chocolate and a fire.
