Historic Omni Parker House hotel in Boston founded in 1855

Staying at the Historic Omni Parker House hotel in Boston founded in 1855. This is the oldest operating hotel in America.

The hotel was home to the Saturday Club, which met on the fourth Saturday of the month. The members were some of the following: Ralph Waldo Emerson, James Russell Lowell, John Greenleaf Whittier, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and Dr. Oliver Wendell Holmes.

Sounds like the Flint School system because every one of the them had a school named after them.

Which one did you go to?

Suites have also been named after them.

I have a ton of stories to tell you about the history of this hotel. So follow along.
